D.R.E.A.M. Series: Aligning Who You Are with What You Do
Live on Clubhouse – 4 Days of Biblical Identity + Purpose Activation
With Coach Sain
Day 1: Discover Your Design
Theme Scripture:
📖 1 Corinthians 12:12–26
“Just as a body, though one, has many parts, but all its many parts form one body, so it is with Christ.”
Description:
You were not randomly made. You are a custom creation with a divine assignment. In Day 1 of the D.R.E.A.M. series, we dive into how your spiritual gifts and personality reveal your design—the unique way God created you to serve, lead, love, and live. When you know how you're wired, you can begin to align your doing with your being.

💡 Reflect On:
What makes me come alive?
Where do I naturally serve others?
What might God be trying to show me through my gifts?
Day 2: R – Rest, Reflect, Remember, Requirements, Responsibilities
Scripture Focus:
📖 Hebrews 3:7–4:13
📖 Genesis 1
📖 Luke 12:48
Discovering your design is only the beginning—sustaining your purpose requires rest, reflection, and realignment. On Day 2 of the D.R.E.A.M. Series, we explore how intentional pauses and boundaries can restore clarity and reconnect you to your identity in Christ.
You'll learn what it means to rest like God modeled, reflect on your life like He did in creation, and re-member what has been disconnected from your spirit. We’ll also dive into the spiritual requirements and real-life responsibilities that come with walking out your purpose.
This day is about slowing down so you can rise up with clarity, discipline, and peace.
🛑 You are not a human doing—you are a human being. Let’s align your rhythms with your identity.
🧠 Coaching Question:
Where in your life are you pushing through instead of pausing to reflect—and what might God be trying to show you in that space?
✍🏾 Reflection Exercise:
Set a 15-minute timer and find a quiet space.
Journal your response to the following:
-
What do I need to release in order to truly rest?
-
Where has God shown up in my past season that I haven’t taken time to acknowledge?
-
What truth do I need to re-member today about who I am and what I carry?
After writing, pray and ask the Holy Spirit to highlight any next steps you need to take in rest, realignment, or responsibility.
Day 3: E – Evaluate Your Strengths & Weaknesses
You were created with strengths that are meant to shine—and weaknesses that don’t disqualify you, but draw you closer to God.
On Day 3 of the D.R.E.A.M. Series, we’ll take a balanced look at both the strengths you carry and the areas that challenge you. Just like Moses, who struggled with speaking, God still called and used him powerfully. God used his strength, supported his weakness, and ultimately grew him in the very area he feared.
This session will help you understand your spiritual and natural wiring—while also giving you freedom to stop hiding or being ashamed of your weak spots. God uses it all.
Scripture Focus:
📖 Romans 12:6–8
📖 Exodus 4:10–13
📖 2 Corinthians 12:9
✨ You are not powerful because you're perfect. You’re powerful because you’re positioned by God—strengths, weaknesses, and all.
💡 Coaching Questions:
-
What strengths have I been underestimating?
-
What weakness have I been letting disqualify me?
-
How might God be using both to shape my journey?
📝 Reflection Exercise:
-
Take 15 minutes to list your top 3 strengths and 1 area of weakness.
-
Reflect: Where might God be inviting me to grow or trust Him more deeply in this area?
-
Ask: Who has God placed around me to support what I struggle with?

Day 4: A + M – Action Plan & Move with/without Motivation
The dream isn’t going to build itself. On Day 4 of the D.R.E.A.M. Series, we focus on strategy and movement—how to turn your God-given dream into actionable steps, and how to keep going even when motivation fades.
You’ll learn how to set S.M.A.R.T. goals, create an intentional action plan, and form habits that support your long-term vision. Plus, you’ll discover how you are naturally motivated by taking Gretchen Rubin’s Four Tendencies Quiz.
🔍 What are the Four Tendencies?
This powerful framework shows how you respond to expectations—and why that matters for your dream-building:
-
Upholders meet inner and outer expectations.
-
Questioners question all expectations—if it makes sense, they’ll do it.
-
Obligers meet outer expectations but struggle with their own.
-
Rebels resist all expectations—but act when it's their choice.
🎯 Once you know your tendency, you can build routines and accountability systems that work for you.
